Hey there! I go by NavelColt, and this is my Main Menu. I'm a multi-fandom entity who writes fan fiction and show analyses, commissions artwork, and engages in the occasional fandom project.My written works center around My Little Pony, but my analyses and commissions cover multiple fandoms. I post/am tagged by commissions on Twitter, and they feature in my blog, Worldbuilding Workout, as well.
About My Writing
I love characters. In both writing and reading, I tend to enjoy Slice of Life more than other genres. Two well-written characters in a room can make a scene.
I love siblings. Stories that manage to capture realistic, but caring sibling dynamics are top tier content for me.
I emphasize platonic love. Acts of affection should be normalized between friends and family. Most of my writing contains elements directly related to this.
Inclusive writing is king. I believe that with good writing you can engage with any audience you want and still remain approachable to other demographics (with certain provisos).
